Throughout all the activities at Lilleoru we practice the techniques learnt at The Art of Conscious Change I-V courses. During the day, karma yoga practice has an important role. During mornings and evenings we practice bhakti yoga at the Light offering ceremonies, Aartis. During independent yoga practices we practice the techniques received at the I-III initiations of Babaji's Kriya Yoga led by Ingvar Villido, with spiritual name Ishwarananda. We also practice Five tibetans and Kriya hatha yoga. You are welcome to practice any other techniques that you are used to doing.
