Taittirīya Upanišat - Brahmānandavallī

This chant leads you to the knowledge of the nature and characteristics of Brahman, taking you across the 5 mayas, represented of the form of a bird which forms the human holisdtic structure. These 5 mayas: Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya, Vijnana maya, Anandamaya. The chant contains an important question, namely - “what is the source of joy?”

The two days seminar will include chanting of Brahmānandavallī, its global meaning and meditative practice on the end of the day.
