Ingvar Villido's masterclass "Vitality explained" on Tuesday, September 24 in Lilleoru

Vitality manifests itself in our daily lives in the form of emotions. But why does modern wisdom teacher Ingvar Villido say that emotions are addictions we need to get rid of? How can one experience vitality as it is? How are vitality and awareness related?

Ingvar will introduce the structure of our energy body or vital body. He will also explain how energy centres, or chakras, work and how to recognize their influence in our daily lives. Can these processes be regulated? What role do energy centres play in our personal development?

The masterclass provides a good opportunity to get a practical explanation of what is seen as esoteric but in fact affecting our lives on a daily basis.

Ingvar has been researching the phenomena of the human inner world for over 30 years. During this time, he has compared the discoveries he has made through his practice with the teachings stored in ancient texts. As a result, he has been able to put ancient knowledge into a language that is understandable and practically usable by modern humans.
