Seesama eluj\u00f5ud, mida jooga meie organismis vabamalt voolama paneb, on t\u00f5epoolest toeks immuunsuse tugevdamisel. Loomuliku kontorit\u00f6\u00f6 osa v\u00f5iks olla sirutuspaus \u2013 eriti, kui t\u00f6\u00f6 n\u00f5uab staatilist asendit arvuti ees v\u00f5i spetsiifilist sundasendit. Pausi ajal v\u00f5iks teha sirutusi ning lihaseid kergelt pingutada ja venitada.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Juhendaja: Anne-Ly Naukas (Annapurna)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>N\u00c4OJOOGA \u201cL\u00d5DVESTU JA S\u00c4RA\u201d <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"ET\">Tule ja avasta, kuidas n\u00e4ojooga toob l\u00fchikese ajaga l\u00f5\u00f5gastuse, pakkudes samas l\u00f5busat ja kaasahaaravat kogemust.<\/p>\n<p>1 n\u00e4ojooga seanss annab:<br \/>\n&#8211; v\u00e4rskema ja puhanuma v\u00e4limuse;<br \/>\n&#8211; l\u00f5dvestab kaela ja n\u00e4o pingeid;<br \/>\n&#8211; parandab r\u00fchti ja suurendab teadlikkust keha joondusest;<br \/>\n&#8211; annab igap\u00e4evaselt j\u00e4rgitavad tehnikad, mida saab kasutada igal ajal. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6tuba on m\u00f5eldud k\u00f5igile &#8211;  nii meestele kui naistele. Eelnevat kogemust ega oskusi vaja ei ole. N\u00e4ojooga on suurep\u00e4rane viis tuua kolleegidega koosolemisele midagi uut, l\u00f5busat ja positiivset. Kaasa saad hea enesetunde ja v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikke oskusi, mida saab kohe rakendada igap\u00e4evaelus. Naeratame koos!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Juhendaja: Anneli Hallik <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>JOOGA\u00d5PETAJA AALE-TRIINU SONN<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"ET\">Jooga eri koolkondade harjutused on saatnud mind t\u00e4naseks 28 aastat, <i>kriya<\/i>-joogat aga praktiseerin p\u00fcsivalt alates 2004. aastast. <i>Kriya<\/i> <i>hatha<\/i> jooga instruktoriks \u00f5ppimisega alustasin ka kohe samal aastal. Joogastiile on t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval teatavasti v\u00e4ga palju, kuid teadlikkuse s\u00fcstemaatilist kaasamist kasutavad neist vaid \u00fcksikud. <i>Kriya<\/i>-joogas on maksimaalne teadvelolek nii vahendiks kui ka sihiks. Ning just selle ise\u00e4rasuse t\u00f5ttu olengi saanud omal nahal kogeda <i>kriya<\/i>-jooga v\u00f5rreldamatult suuremat efektiivsust teiste distsipliinidega v\u00f5rreldes.\u00a0Elus on mulle kogemuslikult selgeks saanud, et lause \u201eInimese elu on tema enda looming\u201c ei ole mingi s\u00f5nak\u00f5lks. On suur \u00f5nn, et saan jagada imelisi teadmisi ja oma kogemusi ka teistega. Babaji\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">kriya<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">hatha<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0joogat on ta praktiseerinud ja \u00f5petanud \u00fcle 15 aasta. Oma praktikates \u00fchendas ta\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">hatha<\/span><span class=\"\">-jooga sisemiste komplekside vabastamise tehnikatega, mida \u00f5petab Ingvar Villido (Practical Consciousness, endise nimega Teadliku Muutuse Kunst).\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Practical Consciousness &#8211; kriya hatha jooga\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">kursused<\/span><span class=\"\">, toimuvad kaks korda aastas alates 2014 aastast. Anne-Ly elab Lilleorus ning on ametis peaaednikuna, tegutsedes peamiselt toiduaias.
