In the second part of the “Path of Wisdom” series, we move beyond Lilleoru and into the method itself.
First we explored what kind of place Lilleoru is, now we ask: what is actually done here—and why does it work?

The February conversation focuses on Siddha Tantra—not as one teaching among many, but as the original and deeper meaning of tantra itself.

How can tantra be understood as the transformation of energy that leads to silence and wisdom?

In this session, we explore:

  • Tantra as the transformation of energy,
  • Why transformation does not mean destruction or being reduced to “zero,” but rather clarification,
  • How wisdom does not arise from the accumulation of knowledge, but from the opening of silence,
  • Why the Siddha path requires stepping beyond habitual human functioning.

“Tantra does not add anything—it brings what is unnecessary to a complete end.”

In March, in the third part, we will explore how inner clarification expresses itself as a person’s natural path in life.

Ingvar Villido has walked the path of Siddha Yoga for over 30 years. In the “Path of Wisdom”series, he shares deep and practical wisdom that bring spiritual clarity into everyday life.
