  • Clarity and Emotions (Courses I and II) – These initial courses focus understanding the 5- body system, developing self-awareness and learning effective techniques for releasing negative emotions.
  • Thoughts (Course III) – This course aims to free individuals from self-defeating thought patterns. It introduces the use of intention as a powerful tool for positive change.
  • Consciousness (Course IV) – Participants awaken their inner genius by tapping into intuition and inner wisdom, accessing insights and inspiration. This course focuses on the practical use of the seven qualities of consciousness and includes very advanced knowledge and techniques for the use of intellect.
  • State of Flow (Course V) – Building on previous learnings, this course helps participants refine techniques to maintain a state of flow. It focuses on integrating the Practical Consciousness method into daily life to navigate challenges and opportunities with ease and purpose.
