Ingvar Villido Ishwarananda: “The Source of Yoga”

“Yoga has only one purpose: to restore human being to their proper position in life, to learn to manage your own life, not to be led by life. And then, of course, to reach one’s roots and true capabilities.”

According to this view, there are no separate yogic practices – there is only one life with all the endless number of activities that help you to get to know your self and gain experience.

Based on nearly 40 years of practice, Ingvar Villido Ishwarananda will explain:

  • where does yoga start;
  • what are the sources of yoga (sutras, vedas, scriptures);
  • what is the purpose of yoga;
  • is it possible to combine yoga and everyday life;
  • can we repeat the achievements of yoga masters as described in the ancient scriptures?

In the lecture, Ingvar also helps to discover the practical content of some of the sutras in his simple and practical way.

Recording of the lecture will be available soon.
